5 star rating. Staff are friendly and well trained. It's my home away from home.. The GM Jacques is an amazing leader. I would like to recommend Jacques to his management for an award of the best customer experience. Loved every minute of my stay.

3. I didn't sleep at all and I almost miss my tour in the morning.
I spoke with a manager and they promised me that after my stay, the general manager will be in touch with me to solve the issues and it didn't happen.
I am also a Southern sun member.
In most 4-5* hotels if issues arise, they usually credit some points-credits in member's accounts but in this case, they are not interested in taking responsibility and solve the several issues I found in my stay.

Kayle constantly exceeds expectations always has a smile on her face . As a result it is my vacation destination of choice. The Cullinan is exceptional in making it's guests feel loved . I would always recommend this hotel to others and will come back out of choice.

We had an amazing time and a great experience at The Cullinan Hotel this time around. We received excellent service at reception and the check in went smoothly without any delays. Upon entering our room, we were very much surprised by the arrangements that were done, which were also greatly appreciated. A special message on the TV to welcome me to the Hotel, a delicious Snack platter, a bottle of wine with glasses (swopped for Grapetizer) and the microwave I have requested. We then took the shuttle to V&A Waterfront, which we always enjoy doing when staying there. Upon arrival back to the Hotel, we enjoyed the sweet snacks that were served in the foyer, which you don't get at other Hotels. The room was clean and comfortable, with spectacular views. The next morning we enjoyed a scrumptious buffet breakfast and the pianist ensured a relaxed atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay, everything was great. Special thanks to Serina for all the arrangements made and for making our stay so memorable this time. We are looking forward to our next stay.
