The observation deck by the swimming pool is great for game watching and sitting for a while can be very rewarding.
Breakfast and Dinner were buffet style and the food was very good with plenty of choice.
Staff are all very friendly.
As we were then spending time in the Park itself we did not make use of the safaris they offer but for people not wanting to spend time in the Park and the many groups that stay here they are a great way to spend your time.
Much as it is a big property (about 145 rooms) it did not feel crowded as there is so much space.
We would have no hesitation in staying again.

The staff are amazing, friendly and nothing is too much to ask. The viewing deck and pool area is truly a unique experience that we won’t forget, we could have sat there for hours. The food is beautiful and fresh!! We didn’t get chance to use the spa, but the gym is more than your average hotel gym with plenty space and equipment. Vandaag offered great service in the restaurant on our first evening, and Daisy & Victoria in the hotel reception were friendly faces each day.
The safari was an unreal experience, we cannot thank Justice enough for making this a special day. He looked after us, educated us and laughed with us - we will never forget this stay.
