Room was nice and as expected. Check and Checkout were simple. Great steam room and pool. The restaraunt connected too it was excellent to have a drink to start or end your night. The extra money for the regency club was also well worth it for the small price in upgrade, which you would spend on a coffee and pastry for two people.

Amazing facilities, rooms, restaurants, and very kindle and attentive staff. Very supportive and helpful on keeping your luggage after check-out if your airport is later than leaving the hotel. Amazing restaurants with world-class breakfast, stake, drinks.

A very nice hotel in a great location! I was staying in order to put on a work function. The hotel staff was very helpful and went above and beyond accommodating my requests. The rooms were great, clean and kept up very well during my stay. I look forward to my next stay!
Great place to stay in Downtown Calgary

Great Location and Rooms. Went to their 18th floor health room with pool and steam room and thoroughly enjoyed it. Asked for baby crib during reservation and it was set up in the room when i checked in. One of my favorite hotels to stay in Calgary.

The room was very spacious with a big screen TV and King size bed. It was extremely comfortable with all the amenities you would want, including usb ports and plenty of power outlets. The only thing I would suggest would be robes in the room. I did find the mini fridge a nice touch. Well done!
