We had a fabulous night at the Chateau Lake Louise for a family get away. We all enjoyed it. The rooms are now renovated and are lovely and fresh! The service was outstanding. Very impressed! Will be back when the new Wellness Center is done! Highly recommend!

I want to share my experience with Fairmont lake Louise, i stayed there a couple of weeks ago, only for a night with few of my friends. It was totally incredible, the view, the standards and the service they provide, everything was amazing. In lakeview lounge, they have all sort of cuisines in menu, and if you get a server like Chahat, would be cheery on a cake, she was really attentive and her positive attitude towards guests was really good. I couldn’t explore the resort properly as i had a flight to catch next day to Melbourne, but taking a stop at lake Louise was worth, specially at Fairmont, Everyone is so kind and welcoming, they make you feel like home apart from home.

Great location to relax and get up close with Lake Louise. After a hectic year, just needed to be with snow and nature. Attentive non-intrusive excellent service. Afternoon tea was great as was dinner and breakfast on site. Two nights … well worth the money spent.

The location is breathtaking—something to die for. It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I have committed to myself to come back again in two years to celebrate my birthday in 2026. We truly love this property.
