Deluxe Rooms are 325 sq ft, most with private balcony, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Club Rooms are 325 sq ft and include access to the exclusive E|CLUB Lounge, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

From Manager to staff, very nice and pleasant. We got the nice view from our room and a convenient location to anything.

Absolutely horrible customer service from Chris the manager on Sunday dec 22, 2024. I was very upset that they lock down all pools and arcade at 9pm. My kids are 18 years old. They say 18 plus can swim until 11pm. But they didn’t allow them to. I asked the manager for help of some sort. He gave me zero solution to our problem. Family time and… Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service from Chris the manager on Sunday dec 22, 2024. I was very upset that they lock down all pools and arcade at 9pm. My kids are 18 years old. Family time and absolutely nothing to do in a family hotel. To have pools and lock families out is outrageous. They say water slides but yep you guessed it. They are broken. Beds are too soft, no support, if you have any back issues do not stay at this hotel. Climate control is also non existent in room the thermostat has no effect on room temperatures it just turns on or off a fan that blows air that is the same temperature as what the room already is .

Hotel was fine , There were teens everywhere on our floor who were there to party. Taking selfies in hallways going from room to room.We heard them at 4 am in halls and next door . Some even decided to knock on our door in middle of the night then run. The hotel should have age limit

The hotel was so helpful with our medically necessary trip right from the time we had to book it to helping us with taxi access for my unstable husband and my walker that I needed for mobility!
