Fantastic time.
Ash was a gem at check in. Room we got had such a great view of the CN tower which was beautiful at night.
If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. (I always do) Being such a busy area of Toronto there is a lot of traffic noise. They also offer sleep kits too I noticed on their tv channel.

Check out was also super easy in the morning. I think his name was Adam (also an “a” name for an A+ front lobby team).
Definitely will be back to this hotel next time I’m back in Toronto.

Very well located

Great location with good access to subway and therefore connection to airport. The hotel is huge, with 23 floors and my street facing room was ok because it was so high up. Amenable staff and pretty much everything here that anyone could need.
Great value

Great value for the money. Everything you need is within walking distance, subway, Yonge St, Church Wellesley village, restaurants, shopping, groceries. Easy to walk to Eaton Centre, Yorkville and more. Friendly staff, clean rooms, all the amenities you need in the bathroom, would definitely stay again.

Says shuttle service that is a lie. Called to confirm shuttle they said "every 30 min at airport" I waited no shuttle called front desk said "no we don't offer shuttle" did not even offer to call me a cab. Arrived room was for two should have been for one. They only had one chair and you had to shimmy on the wall the bed was so close to the wall. The tub did not drain in my 5 minute shower the tub filled and could not finish washing. Website and booking reservation said free breakfast. That was also a LIE. Went for breakfast was told it would coast $25. They offered a free coffee, when I put two cream in the coffee it did not change colour. Had to go to Starbucks. When asking the front desk to call a taxi one night another guest had booked because they had microwaves i the rooms but that is also a lie. When the other guest asked the front desk agent said "no we don't have microwaves go across the street to the Bodega".
They need to fix the website, and automated responses with Expedia and all other booking sites. I will never stay here again.

Ideal for a short stay

Ideal for a short stay in Toronto. Located on a busy street but staff calm and welcoming upon arrival.
Restaurant on site and local attractions accessible via walking or public transport.
Rooms were very small, too small to comfortably fit our three suitcases.
Would recommend for short stays only.
