It was very convenient to be within walking distance of everything I needed to do during my stay. Many elevators to get to the lobby and rooms quickly. Room is spacious and clean. We also used the pool and gym. Direct underground parking is very convenient.

A good, solid hotel for the business traveler. Large rooms, efficient and friendly staff all around. BUT this is not an 'upscale' hotel, a boutique hotel. If "Hyatt" wants to punch above its weight class, then it has to update the furniture.

The area felt safe, a coffee hit downstairs in the lobby with Starbucks, a gym, pool and spa (both outdoors but heated well!!). Very centrally located in the heart of downtown Vancouver with easy access to shops, attractions, restaurants and train station that takes you directly to and from the airport, tour buses can pick you up from the hotel which was an added bonus. They have a Starbucks on the premises which was perfect.

Nice hotel, great, friendly service and good location. My king room was huge and clean w a very comfortable bed! Very quick, friendly check in and it also had a great hotel bar. Wish i had more time to explore that gorgeous city as we were only there for one night!
