In the heart of Whistler Village just steps from both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. Transfer time from Vancouver Airport: 2 hours.

158 rooms on 3 floors in 1 building. All rooms with HD flat-screen cable TV with pay films and games*, mini-fridge, tea/coffee-making facilities, complimentary WiFi access and hairdryer. Crystal Rooms have breathtaking mountain and village views and come with either 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 double beds sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Studio Rooms are equipped with microwave, sink and mini-fridge and are located in the Lodge Wing. These rooms are more spacious and luxurious with 2 queen-size beds or 1 king-size bed plus sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Old Spaghetti Factory (open for lunch and dinner), Beacon Pub & Eatery (local cuisine, open for lunch and dinner), and Basalt Wine & Salumeria. Crystal Lounge Bar and Starbucks™. The hotel itself is really nice with lots of amenities and an unbeatable location just a few steps from the lift and all of the village amenities. We booked pretty far in advance and it felt like a great value all things considered. The room, while relatively newly updated was small and pretty basic. It had very little space for storage. The hotel itself is quite nice with lots of amenities. The central location is amazing. 2 minute walk to the lift and central to all the shops and restaurants in the village. The room felt relatively freshly renovated and overall we felt the Crystal Lodge was a good value. The room was basic and small, lacking in space to store clothes or room to maneuver. But, hey, ideally you are just sleeping in your room so not a big deal. We did like the glove and boot drying racks although probably two per floor would have been better. I will say the trade off for the central location is that it's just busy. The alley behind the hotel (low number even rooms overlook the alley) is constant garbage and delivery trucks. The heavy windows block this out but our room was consistently hot so we often had the windows open to keep it comfy. Odd numbered rooms look over the village stroll and then you get revellers to the wee hours. Read less

Don't stay here unless you’re wanting a bit of a youth hostel environment. Not really a lot to offer as a formal hotel, Rooms are extremely small and not clean. Not a hotel that caters to a quiet restful environment. Great if your value traveler that needs a bed,

Every staff member at Crystal Lodge was professional and friendly - exceptional. This contributed enormously to our enjoyable month there. Great location, so central to all the joys of Whistler village. A big thank you to all at this exceptional hotel.

Great hotel in a great location. Lovely rooms and suites. We had a great two bedroom suite overlooking the village walk. A bit noisy at night but worth the minor annoyance. The Crystal Lounge is vibrant and fun and offers great wings and burgers. Very lively at après times.
