In spite of the fact that the entire lobby area of the hotel was under major renovations (chaos! ladders! lots of tarps!) this is a pretty darn good choice for a ski getaway. I wouldn't call the room luxurious or particularly comfy, but it's got everything you need... A small kitchen, a big closet, and close proximity to ski rental and lifts. The gym is adequate (but c'mon guys, buy a couple of foam rollers - the ski crowd needs them!), and front desk staff were friendly if not very knowledgeable. The one oddity was that the room safe was so high up in the closet that I had to stretch and feel around to make sure I didn't forget my passport or wallet. In terms of helpful suggestions, I think it's time for new towels - the ones we had were paper thin and not what you're looking for after a post-ski shower. But all in all, given the functionality of the room and location, would probably stay here again.

18th Bday

Went there for my sister's 18th birthday and they surprised her with a comp cake in the room with candles, she loved it. The hotel is near the village, so we were always walking around. The breakfast was good but there wasn't many options. The pool was too small, so the kids were the only ones enjoying it while it was hot summer.
Wonderful Visit

Great location, steps to the village!
Desk staff were warm and friendly.
Maddi in the restaurant was amazing. She greeted us warmly each morning and asked about our days and gave recommendations for our adventures. Maddi even remembered our morning drink preferences. Hilton is lucky to have a fantastic person like her working for them!
Front staff so welcoming and knowledgeable!

Getting to our Hilton Whistler resort and spa hotel after a long day of travel with a fantastic welcoming from Natalia and Elizabeth at the front desk. Extremely knowledgeable and super helpful for things to do over the next few days. Their natural friendliness really helped settle us in after the travels. Thanks

Typically grand ski resort hotel. I only stayed because we had a conference there and they provided an onsite conference and accomodation price off season.
