The addition of more watersports was brilliant, we went out on one of the Hobies and had great fun, and happily got very wet. The restaurant food was agreeable with plenty of variety with great service for additional drinks or a coffee. The morning omelettes were a highlight, I have to mention Egbert who had the perfect name, always cheerful and cooked brilliant omelette or eggs benedict. Thanks also to Fenton on watersports and on the music decks at night, and to Davin for his lunchs and to so many other staff who were all absolutely superb. We're already looking for our next return visit. Read less

Just returned from a wonderful two weeks at Hawksbill. It was the first time I've been able to get there since March 2023. So many changes! All for the better. The garden and sea view bungalows look really good with the extended patios. Adds a touch of class. My room was an Ocean Front one, next to Honeymoon Cove. Lovely views across the grounds from the balcony and through the panelled glass doors. Super comfortable bed and a nice new shower. No problems with water shortages, which used to happen years ago! Major staff changes since I was last there but, as always, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The quality of the meals has improved, with a fairly wide range on offer. Excellent for a 3 star resort. The barbeque at the beach bar at lunchtime has gone, I'm pleased to say. Replaced by a menu. Lunch is now available at the beach bar, the main Tamarind restaurant, where it's self service buffet style, and PD's next to the new infinity pool. It means none of the venues are crowded. Wednesday evenings are still barbeque nights in the Tamarind restaurant. For me these are the low spots of the fortnight. Long queues for not very good food. An evening to fill up on soup (always excellent) desserts and cheese! There are new sun umbrellas on all the beaches. Good, sturdy ones which give lots of shade. Very much appreciated. The small hut on Eden beach (the clothes optional beach) has a supply of water, beer, rum and rum punch. Excellent addition to the facilities. If you're looking for an easy going, relaxing holiday, then this is the place for you. No delusions of grandeur here. Just a superb opportunity to unwind and recharge your battery in truly beautiful surroundings. It's so good I'll be back in March and July 2025! Guy Read less

Very private resort with everything you need. All the staff were kind and welcoming. Plenty of beach space and not over crowded, I would most definitely come back!

Our big disappointment was our room was told we had an upgraded superior sea view room, it was dark and we only had a glimpse of the sea through the bar /restaurant . Neither myself or husband like sleeping with the a/c on but unfortunately we couldn’t use the ceiling fan as when turned on the light come on with it. Improvements could be made but for a 3 star hotel I guess there will be faults. Read less
