The hotel

This beachfront resort is situated right on the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of Cable Beach. Just a 10-minute drive from both the capital city, Nassau, and the Lynden Pindling International Airport, Breezes Bahamas is in an idyllic location. With an abundance of room choices each with their own distinctive features and views, whatever you choose will make your stay a unique one. Where is it

On Cable Beach. Close to Nassau on New Providence island. A short walk via a lit walkway to Baha Mar which features a casino, shops and restaurants. Transfer time from airport: 10 - 14 minutes.

Hotel information

400 rooms on up to 8 floors with 4 lifts. All with air-conditioning, Juliette balconies, satellite TV, tea/coffee-making facilities (available on request), WiFi, iron and board and hairdryer. Classic Rooms are located in both towers with garden views, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

All Inclusive of: all meals and drinks (house brands) by the glass, hotel taxes and all activities and entertainment listed above unless otherwise stated.

Ocean View Rooms, with the same facilities as Classic Rooms, but with views across Cable Beach to the sea, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Ocean Front Rooms are located on 2nd to 6th floors with unobstructed views of the beach and ocean, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Beachfront Patio Rooms face the ocean and are located on the ground floor with direct beach front access through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. They have a private patio, personal mini-fridge and private beach cabana with cocktail service and sleep maximum 2 adults.

One-Bedroom Ocean Front Suites are larger with a separate bedroom and seating area, and have unobstructed views of the beach and ocean, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Presidential Suites have an open plan living and dining space, and panoramic views of the beach and ocean, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

4 restaurants: buffet dining at The Banana Boat and more elegant dining at The Garden of Eden (continental à la carte), Martinos (Italian pasta bar), Munasun (à la carte Asian fusion cuisine) and a poolside grill for quick snacks. 4 bars. Please note: some facilities may not all open at the same time.

Hurricanes disco, piano bar. Tropical shows, steel-pan bands, guest and staff talent show, karaoke nights, weekly theme parties. Live band.

3 swimming pools including misting pool and Jacuzzi. 24-hour fitness centre. Paddle boats. This trip was AMAZING!!!! All of the staff members were so incredibly nice especially Audreka. They hosted events every night that are perfect for families and friends! The food and the drinks were wonderful too. I have zero complaints and will definitely be back!!

This was one of my favorite resorts i’ve stayed at, the employees were so welcoming and very entertaining especially Audreka. We will definitely be making a trip back to see all our friends. The dining service was excellent and everyone was so sweet in the resort.

The rooms at this resort are very much in need of a renovation. Furniture is from last century. Beds, and pillows are lumpy. However, everything was very clean. Staff were wonderful. Ava in the dining room went above and beyond Wendario (at beach) made our day enjoyable Food was good Drinks were fair

I always bring my own jug just incase. They knew what day we were arriving and low and behold a day later there was a jug of Clamato juice on the bar!! Well color me happy! Thank You Thank You, Thank You! So greatly appreciated. The staff were GLORIOUS! So cheerful and polite. A pleasure to spend our time talking to them and playing games with them. The resort is older but I don't take hot holidays to sit in my room, it was more than adequate. Very clean, lots of hot water and towels,comfy pillows... no complaints here. At check in our room was upgraded from partial ocean view to ocean front and it was MAGNIFICENT! Our room had a mini fridge, it wasnt stocked but thats ok, as i said before, I brought my own clamato juice so it was nice to be able to keep it cold. LOL! We bought a couple drinks from the gift shop so no worries. You can pay to have it stocked but its cheaper just to buy some yourself. There was no coffee maker in the room but I asked when we were checking in and they brought one up for us. Again, above and beyond, we simply asked and they delivered! It wasnt busy wile we were there so we really got to know and talk to the staff every where, beach bar, piano bar, grill hut, a la carte restsurants. One thing I did enjoy was not having to make a reservation at the restaurants. It was first come, first served. Many times at other places we have stayed people have made reservations ahead then get to drunk or way laid and the restaurant is half empty. Only 1 a la carte is open per night so you just check the front desk to see what day is which restaurant. We tried all 3 and the food was delicious. The grill hut food is insanely good, we tried EVERYTHING there. Jerk chicken, conche fritters and fish and chips were our favorites. But a mean burger is also cooked there as well as a veggie burger. We went to check out the Baha Mar resort next door, its CRAZY big and busy, kids running around the casino and grounds till late at night so it was lovely to head back to our cozy resort with no kids under 14 to just relax and unwind. Deffinately come back to the same resort at the same time. If you're coming to relax come in Jan, if you wanna party, come in Feb over spring break. Read less

Just came back from 5 wonderful days on the most beautiful beach.I wish the establishment was equally as beautiful. The food was great,help was extremely pleasant. Rooms were clean,but need to come out of the seventies. Pool needs repair.
