We really appreciated and enjoyed the upgrades over the last few years to add tonnes of extra beach chairs that don’t require cousins, new towels, built out areas with seating by the small pools and the canon/fort. We loved the local food options nearby like Cuz, Indian grill and Blush Cafe just a short walk away. The hotel cafe has great coffee and snacks and treats. Only complaint is the clothing store/women’s boutique was often not open at all or during stated hours in our stay & the staff is inattentive & uses inappropriate language, however the store is not part of The Hilton, just a leased space I have learned.

The staff are brilliant. Janique Mason the operations manager is always around and a pleasure to deal with. The reception staff are excellent and so helpful, especially Valencia and Wilma to name just two!
The bedrooms are spacious and most have amazing views of the beaches and pools.
You can request the type of pillows you require. In our cases, soft!
There is a delightful coffee shop in the lobby that has a great choice of snacks and ice creams.
As for pool-side entertainment. Wow!!!! Every evening features entertainment, with excellent singers and music while you sip away at your “Happy hour” drinks between 5pm and 6pm.
It’s a must!
There are plenty of taxis for when you want to go out and about. B$25, about £10.50, minimum charge will get you to a few nice restaurants. The Cliff restaurant is around B$60 each way. There are three restaurants in the hotel and a bar by the lobby that has “Happy hour” every evening between 7pm and 8pm.
There is an excellent gym.
It would be rather remiss of me if I didn’t mention the general manager, Jacques Monteil. He really has turned this hotel around during his two and a half years here!
We will return to our “second home” early next year!

We stayed just one night, it’s perfectly fine, we had a nice dinner in The lighthouse restaurant and the room was comfy with 2 double beds, and the pool and private each is nice enough. It’s just a bit soulless, a massive hotel that could be anywhere. You don’t get the full Bajan experience, I.e great food, scenery and local culture. This hotel is fine for a short stay, but at over 40O$US a night it’s expensive.

Avoid this place
Nov 11, 2024Nancy RPittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Service was unfriendly and slow. Was shocked at the lack of enthusiasm for their jobs. Worst place I’ve stayed on the island. Don’t stay here. Go next door to the Radisson Aquatica which is smaller, less expensive but has friendly staff and a calm bay ocean you can actually enjoy. Will never stay in a Hilton again, anywhere.
