280 rooms and suites. We stayed here for 10 Nights in February 2024. If you look back on my review I gave it 5 Stars.. This time we flew in after spending 10 Nights at Sandals St Vincent (read my review it was Awesome) for a 4 Nights Stay and was very disappointed by the Room. In February We stayed in Beachfront Village Club Level Room 1418. So this time we booked the same the same Beachfront Village Club Level Room, on arrival we were allocated Room 1402. Well it was like 2 Different Rooms. In the February Room we had a walk in Shower but this time in Room 1402 we had to get in the Bath to have a Shower, this was very Dangerous and Slippery and this is No where near 5 Star Quality? It should never be Club Level it’s Dangerous and a Disgrace to call this 5 Star. I include a photo of the Club Level Bathroom Room 1402 at Barbados & also our Club Level Bathroom at St Vincent’s. Room 3118, Both Club & both cost the same amount of money per night. See what you think? Also on the first night my wife opened the draw of the cabinet and the handle fell off. Also We couldn’t get out of the Lift at our Floor, there was NO 4th Floor Button in the lift it was Broke. Also we ordered Room Service on the first night, the next day the Maid put the Left over food on a Tray outside the Room on the Floor, Not very Hygienic or good practice as this would surely attract Vermin. It wasn’t just ours there was loads as you walked along the corridor many with loads of Birds pecking at all the food. Not nice. I reported all the above issues to the Club Lounge, this was the timescale of when they was fixed. The food wasn’t collected until 10.30pm the following night. It sat there for 48hrs on the floor. The Lift button was fixed for 3 Days. The draw Handle was never fixed in our stay. We are Emerald level so maybe it’s how they treat returning guests at Barbados. Now to a Positive and Big Shout to our Photographer Mario, now this guy will go far in Sandals, he not only takes great photos he also has a great personality. Hes a very good face for Sandals so look after him he’s a Star. Anybody wanting a Great set of Photos look out for this High Roller. (Picture Attached) Tell him 5M sent you he’s way. He’s one of the Gems of Sandals Barbados. Read less

Had an amazing holiday and will definitely be returning. The rooms on the Sandals Barbados side were ready for a facelift but work is already underway with this. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Plenty of different pool areas to choose from and the beach is beautiful. You may have to be up early to get a sun lounger on the beach. All staff were friendly and helpful so I don’t understand the negative reviews from others, I guess if you’re polite and friendly you get the same energy back. I loved the food! So many restaurants to choose from and only four you have to pre book. Be prepared to be asked to come back at a certain time for some of the restaurants, they will take your name and give you a time to come back. Just go to the bar for a drink or two, the longest time we had to wait was 45 minutes otherwise usually within 30 mins or so. This wasn’t an issue for us, quite happy to relax at the bar. Our room was cleaned daily and we had plenty of clean towels. Read less

First room had damp and mold, second room we were given the shower never worked & had ceiling damage. No remote for A/C freezing and leaked all over electrics health and safety issue! No hair dryer either. Customer services appalling, ignored all week.

They were awesome at setting us up by the pool every morning in the best spot possible, they were on top of asking us if we needed drinks, and always super quick to assist us in any way that we needed. They gave perfect recommendations for food and drink based on what they learned about us over the course of our stay. They were all very personable and got to know us and let us get to know them as well. They made our stay better than we could have imagined and are a huge reason why we can’t wait to come back to sandals Barbados as well as try other sandals resorts. Not to mention the 2 resorts in one are so fun and there are tons of pools and fun events to try out. We loved the night time concerts and silent party. Can’t wait to come back! Read less

From the first day of our 14 day stay at Sandals Barbados we were treated like royalty. Everybody' that we encountered asked us if there was anything else they could do to make sure our stay was everything we imagined. Customer service was definitely on the top of there list and much appreciated.
