Upon checking in, my friend asked the agent ( Donay )a question and she just continued to talk about payment, she could have at least said give me a moment, that was a bit rude. Upon checking in, my friend asked the agent ( Donay )a question and she just continued to talk about payment, she could have at least said give me a moment, that was a bit rude. She did not even inform us about any of the restaurants or anything on property, we literally had to walk around to find things out / the bellhop was great help. I requested for my room to be decorated weeks in advance, upon arrival, but it wasn’t so I had to go down to the front desk and they sent me to guest service which they ended up decorating the day after . They could have done better just a little banner and a swan on the bed.
The food at the buffet was not really good, nor the Italian restaurant but the Jamaican was great . Courtney, apart of the front desk was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, he took us to the room and he told us where everything was , he definitely needs to be on the desk!! Everyone else was friendly.
The facility overall is very nice but the room was not worth the almost 4 grand that was paid!

I waited in my room for over 45 mins for a bell man and I still had to come down and get one for myself even after calling 3 times to remind them at the front desk about sending one.

I’ve paid £10,000.00 for this s..t. And I’m here til 26th of December. I’ve paid all this money. Honestly anyone looking to come here for a good vibes experience needs to not come because it’s a lot of money for this treatment. I will discourage everyone from coming to this hotel and to Jamaica. You are not good vibes people. You are a sad miserable mean lot. Maybe if I’d gone to Hilton my experience would have been different but I didn’t . There won’t a third time visit for me. I’m done with Jamaica and you sad mean miserable lot.

Decent rooms, staff very hard working particularly in the buffet restaurant, unfortunately the food was often too cold and apparently the microwave was broken and not replaced in the two weeks we were there, which is a shame because the variety of food was excellent just not enjoyable because of the temperature. Complimentary laundry was a big plus, so well done for that feature. Loads of sun lounger’s on the beach. Bar staff not as warm and friendly as I’ve experienced elsewhere, a bit too full of themselves, like they were doing you a favour, I don’t know why. No visable person appeared to be in charge and directing things as a point of contact overall in the hotel, everything was directed to the service desk.
I appreciate that with new management will come some apprehension amongst existing staff, but I just felt the staff didn’t appear to be enjoying themselves, I’m hoping that will change once things settle down
