Staff needs to be professional welcoming and helpful Food was nasty Staff needs to stop trying to mess around with guess. Trying to talk or sleep with them.

We enjoyed the food at the buffets, the Mexican restaurant (laAdelita) is our favourite of the a la cart restaurants. We enjoyed the beach, it is more quiet there than the pool area. All of the services here at the Grand Palladium but especially the bartenders are amazing! Specialty drinks that you can’t get anywhere else are here! All of the drinks are well made and the bartending and wait staff are so attentive and always make your experience !
