Split into two sections, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya Heaven is a partly adults-only oasis offering luxurious accommodation, one adults only pool, three restaurants and endless non-motorised water activities. There’s also the Hard Rock golf course (20 minutes away) and you’ve got easy access to it as well as preferential tee times. Plus staying at the Heaven section, you will have full access to the facilities within the family friendly Hacienda section, giving you even more dining options and pools to enjoy. An All Inclusive resort, it’s top-shelf all the way at the Hard Rock — there isn’t anything you’ll be denied. After a busy day (and night) your room is your sanctuary. There’s a whole variety to choose from but one thing’s for sure, you’ll have space to stretch out in plus a well-stocked mini-bar to take advantage of!

In the heart of the Riviera Maya, this is section of the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is mostly adults-only, with some select facilities open to families. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes.

Please note: a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old) applies when visiting the Mexican state Quintana Roo. Heaven at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya was amazing! The customer service was fantastic! The property was clean, everyone was friendly, the events were so fun, and the food was great! We definitely plan to return! Nacho and Fernando were especially helpful in making our trip smooth and fun!

Recently celebrated my birthday at Heaven. We are Legendary members, so we've stayed at this hotel a bunch of times before but this time we had the great pleasure of having Fernando and Nacho as butlers. They knew we were celebrating and they made every little detail special, from booking reservations for Bali beds, dinners, and bowling, to even decorating the room on the day of my actual birthday. Their service and care was above and beyond and they checked in on us several times each day without being intrusive. Fernando even dropped by dinner one night to make sure everything was in order. We're beach people and the beach butlers always make us feel at home. Alex, Rene, & Jesus took incredible care of us each day and ensured we had anything we needed, from food, cocktails, and water, to extra towels. There was no point during our entire stay where anything was lacking and they made the day of my birthday super fun. At Heaven Bar and later in our stay at Toro, we met Sergio the mixologist. He's as friendly as he is fast and makes great crafted cocktails. This was our first time staying since the opening of Faro and the entire experience there is really great. The food is excellent and the service is exactly what you expect from Hard Rock. By the second or third day of our stay, hostesses Paola and Maricruz remembered our names and made us feel super welcome. The servers Elizabeth, Gaby, and Mac were not only extremely attentive but on our last day, brought us a personalized card with special cocktails and desserts, along with their manager Denali, in order to send us on our way with a personal touch. While I did not get the names of the front desk associates that checked us in and out, both processes were seamless and the associates were the most friendly that I can remember in years. On our way out, while waiting for our taxi, we had the great luck of running into Ulises. We've known each other for many years as he was the first person we met the first time we stayed here. Otto is the man !!!!! We did every event during the week we stayed with him because he is just a blast !! He made our experience the best between aqua aerobics, bracelet making, seeing him at the Christmas tree lighting, the adult pool party etc !!! It was just amazing !!! Love Otto and the staff that works with him.

The entertainment, the food, the service, the drinks is all AMAZING. The best ever. We toured different resorts and this is the most amazing in every way. Otto has been the best host with bracelet making, pool party’s, he makes everything better and more fun!!!
