Where is it

Located in a gated golf community at the entrance to Playa del Carmen, in the heart of the Riviera Maya. Playa del Carmen´s famed Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue) is just a 10- minute drive. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 45 minutes.

Restaurants are amazing, especially ember! Rooms are really new and unique. All the hotel staffs are really welcoming. Especially the entertainment staffs, Sergio was one of them and he was really fun, he played ping pong and made bracelet for me! Thank you!

This truly was a luxurious all inclusive resort. Exceed expectations with the service, entertainment, relaxation, and aesthetics. Amazing experience and probably the best vacation I’ve ever been on. Will look forward to future Secrets vacations.

Service poor, called 4 times to get a door banner for husband’s birthday . Was forwarded to a full mailbox! Difficult to figure out activities. Communication poor. Wait for restaurant s can be hours. Fight to get a beach chair. Stayed many hotels , this had the worst service of all.

Make sure to bring your own shampoo conditioner & mKe sure to bring your own bug spray i have 25 bug bites! The food is really mediocre for this secrets resort and i have had better in Akumal. The buffet was good just typical. The barefoot grill was maybe the worst followed by the French restaurant
