The Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa is situated on St Lucia's beautiful Reduit Beach and nestled in Rodney Bay Village. Set on Reduit Beach in the heart of Rodney Bay, walking distance to restaurants, Treasure Bay Casino, duty-free shopping, bars, nightlife and entertainment. Transfer time from airport: 1 hour 30 minutes.

48 Deluxe Rooms and 30 Suites (with full kitchen, dining and living space) in 6 blocks of three-story buildings. Deluxe Garden View Rooms with balcony/terrace, air-conditioning, TV, complimentary WiFi in all rooms, safe, iron and board and hairdryer. These rooms have 1 king-size or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

All-Inclusive option: includes starter kit (an assortment of non-alcoholic drinks placed in room upon check in). Breakfast at the home property, lunch or dinner at any of the three Bay Gardens Resorts properties (either Bay Gardens Hotel, Bay Gardens Inn, Bay Gardens Beach Resort). Daily activities and entertainment including fitness and wellness activities and the newly opened Kids Fun Club (additional charges apply for some activities). All house brand drinks included at any of the four Bay Gardens Resorts properties (either Bay Gardens Hotel, Bay Gardens Inn, Bay Gardens Beach Resort, only by the glass). Note: supplementary charges may apply to certain specialty items on menus. *Children 12 and under must order from the children's menu at each restaurant. **A supplementary charge may also apply for top-shelf spirits and premium wines by the glass. Deluxe Pool View Rooms have the same facilities as Deluxe Rooms with views of the pool, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Beachfront Rooms overlook the beach and ocean, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

1-Bedroom Pool View Suites have a separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, separate living/dining area, with 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

1-Bedroom Beachfront Suites, as Pool View Suites but with beach views, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

2-Bedroom Pool View Suites, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

2-Bedroom Beachfront Suites, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

Water’s Edge 4 Bedroom Villa, with 3 king-size beds, 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, features a living room and private swimming pool and terraces, sleeping maximum 12 adults.

3 restaurants; Hi Tide Beachside Restaurant with all day menu and Happy hour at the Sand beach bar. Spices Restaurant (Caribbean and West Indian cuisine). Anchor Restaurant (Caribbean Fusion cuisine).

Complimentary welcome cocktail. Live entertainment three times a week. On-site activities daily. Manager's cocktail party every Wednesday night inclusive of complimentary beverages.

Lagoon-style swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sun deck. La Mer Spa*. Gym. Pilates, yoga and daily activities. This resort has a fee of $10 per room, per night. There is also an additional Tourism Accommodation Fee of $6 per person, per night (payable locally, subject to change). Children aged 12-17 will be charged US $3 per person, per night. No fee for under 12s.

It was generally a good stay. Great location with immediate beach access and walking distance to some central places in Rodney Bay. Great views also. The feedback form however, in my opinion, lacks some grey area for answers that are not necessarily yes or no

Lots of great people , friendly faces and great customer service all throughout, help could be found at every corner of the resort , would definitely recommend booking and will definitely be going back again next time for longer to be able to spend much more time there !

This is not the Bay Gardens of years past. No beach attendants at all — I had to locate the stored umbrellas and then lug them to the beach. The advertised two course lunch wasn’t— instead we were directed to a buffet with unappetizing slop (even the baked chicken was inedible). The buffet was not restocked so that if you wanted lunch after 1:00, you were out of luck. Bartenders crept along at a snail’s pace. Drinks ordered before lunch arrived after the meal was completely finished. Later in the day a surly, unsmiling and nearly hostile barkeep refused my “drink coupon” for a gin and tonic, which was the last straw for me and sent me straightaway to the hotel manager where I aired these grievances and more. The Resorts For A Day pass is no longer worth the price. Read less

This is my third visit using a cruise day pass. The previous trips have been 5 star but this trip from the start seemed a bit unorganized starting with port check in and transportation. Most of our ship group reservations were not on the list so additional taxis were needed. The desk check-in could use more personnel during the drop off. Two wonderful woman for 30+ people. Massage times were mot pre-assigned as previous visits which also delayed the process. Pool and beach areas are clean. The staff is amazing! However, it took nearly 2 hours to get our included day pass lunch so we missed out on the nicest part of the day. Lunch seemed very disorganized. Only a couple choices vs the previous buffet lunch offered. The Creole chicken was tasty but very overcooked. Bar service was great! I’ll still go back one more time to give the resort a fair chance. I was told nothing at check in. I found out from other guests that I needed to get vouchers for towels, where the restaurant was, and that I had an "orientation" the next morning. We felt as though the staff was bothered by us being there. This continues to many of the waitstaff and bartenders. The hot tub was never on and never had enough water… Read more
I was told nothing at check in. I found out from other guests that I needed to get vouchers for towels, where the restaurant was, and that I had an "orientation" the next morning. We felt as though the staff was bothered by us being there. This continues to many of the waitstaff and bartenders. The hot tub was never on and never had enough water in it and it was as cold as the pool. People from other places would come into the resort for the day and take all of the lounge chairs and leave the people who actually were staying there with no lounge chairs. It's a beautiful resort and location that could use better management and a bit more TLC and it could be something better. I will also add the food was horrendous! We struggled to find good food while here and we ended up ordering off of the kids' menu mostly. Do not order any steak or burgers unless you want it well done! They ask you how you want it cooked, but no matter what - they cook it well done! Read less
