I was especially pleased with the option for gluten-free bread, catering to my food allergies. The bread was kightly toasted and perfectly coupled with freshly-prepared avocado spread. The fruit plate was divine, with an assortment of tropical fruit each with its distinct flavour. The service was wonderful but a bit delayed because of the high volume of customers. Additionally, a substitite was necessary for the smoothie my partner ordered. This was promptly communicated and an alternative offered. Overall, we felt valued and thoroughly enjoyed being at 7th Heaven!! Read less

Went for dinner while staying up in Cap Cove, went to watch the fire eaters, and had s gluten free pizza (without cheese as no vegan option). Base and topping were very nice. I appreciated a fan as well as air-conditioning. No problems finding a place around the pool, towels and lovely bar staff. Special mention to Shobana and Shane on the front desk who were always so helpful answering questions and making local bookings. As two ladies we went out a lot and enjoyed the local culture. We were always met with warm greetings from the front of house staff who arranged taxi. It’s 30 years since I first visited St Lucia and the warmth of the people hasn’t changed one bit. Read less
