Nathalia and her staff where very helpful and friendly at the hotel, the chef also prepared custom meals for us which was very nice. The food standard was as a whole very high and the variety is vast and comforting. I would definitely suggest to go there.

Zoetry Marigot Bay was amazing! The food was amazing, the staff was so friendly and attentive. Jamel was the kindest and best beach attendant and overall just such a happy and friendly face around the resort. Everyone made it a point to get to know us and say hello any time we passed by. This is defiantly not a wheelchair/handicap friendly report.… Read more

Not what is pictured in the website. Everything is bit used and run down feeling. Pool chairs and cabanas cushions are stained and “deflated”. Bathrooms are NOT heated and cooled. They are open air. Not a lot of options for dinner as we ate mostly outside of the resort at Doolittles and the other little restaurant Nextdoor. Be prepared, everything… Read more

There isn’t much to do…besides sit on the beach! If that’s what you are in for, then it’s great. Read less

Brilliant front of house staff, Renata, Nathalia, Olivia, Marina, Lucius, Nigel, Maggie, Sunshine, Anjil, Nadine, Tasha, Malcolm, Xema, Shellann, Hilda and loads more. (Apologies to those great staff i haven’t mentioned). Good food, but could do with a bit more menu variety.

We stayed at Zoetry Marigot Bay in December of 2024. The property is nestled into a hillside, but easily walked. They have locations for those whose mobility is challenged. First off...the food was GREAT in most instances. I could have had the grilled Lamb Chops nightly if my wife had not insisted I try something else. Secondly...the spa is very pleasant...though the "luke warm" pool out front is just that...do not expect a "hot tub"...but then again, why would it. It was refreshingly *not* cold...whereas the regular pools were quite "refreshing". Third...the main pool does get noisy, especially in the afternoon as drinks flow and people have fun and this is only added to by the courteousness of the staff; Ronni was the lifesaver though. My cup never ran dry, even when at the lower pool. He was everywhere!!! And get the Sushi from Anjin; I know...Sushi by a pool...but that and the Poke bowls were fresh and YUM!!! We did some excursions as well and they were fun; the tour company that the hotel partners with is reasonably proceed and those guys were hilarious! Thats said, the property is a little tired on the exterior...so do not judge the book by its cover as you walk to your room. Read less
