We loved our stay! We are sailors and had our catamaran docked at the marina. With that, we were able to purchase all inclusive day passes for access to their lovely pools and restaurants. We were treated with excellent service and food. Renata and Carlton, among many others were fantastic.

My husband and I just recently went to the All-inclusive Zoetry Marigot Bay Resort on St. Lucia for our 17th anniversary. To start off I was not impressed with much about this resort. We aren't usually resort or as my husband says "plopping people." We tend to go on cruises since you can visit more places and see new things. So, when I suggested this we were looking forward to experiencing something new and boy did we! 1) I titled this as, "Not a resort for elderly or those with bad knees and definitely not for handicapped individuals," for a reason. I have a very bad knee from a car accident and I wasn't planning on doing a lot of stairs. But this place is only stairs!! They put us in a room that I had to go up and down three flights of stair anytime I wanted to go somewhere. Plus the stairs down to the pool from there and to the dining areas and to the waterfront. We did talk to one of the Concierge's about seeing if we could get moved but never heard a peep. I overheard not only elderly but young people as well complaining about the steps. Mind you my husband and I are in our late 50's and early 60's. 2) When checking in I was expecting some kind of map of the location so I knew where things were at the resort. The staff didn't mention to me about a phone app that would give me all the information that I was looking for. I didn't find out about that until the 3rd day we were there. In the app it did have a map of the resort and where all the restaurants were located as well as the Spa. 3) The food was not the best and it was the same menu everyday. There were four restaurants and the pool area for lunch only. The main dining was breakfast and dinner only, Hurricane Hole was open all day, The Cove and the Rum cave were open only at night. Then there was a restaurant that wasn't included that was outrageously expensive. We wanted to go there for our anniversary dinner but the cheapest meal for two was $300-$500. Not that I wouldn't be willing to pay for that but on a cruise you'd never pay that amount. 4) The place needed some much needed repair work. The wooden deck outside our room was warped so bad that I was scared that my foot was going to go through a board. Across from us a board on one of the decks was literally falling off. 5) We didn't get to do very many excursions because some of them were no longer available due to violence. If you wanted to go anywhere outside the compound you had to pay a taxi driver $300 each way to go anywhere on the island. I'm not usually one to complain but this was totally not what I was expecting from a Hyatt property. Needless to say we are cruise people and will never go to an all-inclusive resort again! Read less

Great hospitality. Good drinks, beautiful setting. Only area of improvement was the food could have been a little better. Still very satisfied with the food just not the best we've had at an all-inclusive of this caliber. Neil, our butler, was amazing and brought us anything we needed.
