What a great long weekend escape with the girls. Staff were excellent, room was clean. Nice breakfast, pool area was a plus when the weather became iffy/spotty one day. Walking distance to many Grace Bay restaurants, shops and beach. I’d go back for sure. This next time though will pay for the Fast Track arrival/departure processing at airport.

Really good location. Walkable to restaurants and shops. 3 min walk to beach or has cart shuttle with designated lounge chair access. We stayed on main floor next to pool so wouldn't have to walk up to higher floors as no elevator. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast in morning is okay but we took advantage of breakfast shops in nearby area.

We had a group of 38 and your hospitality was over and above. The facilities were as usual very clean and well kept. Location is best on the Island. My thanks to the staff for allowing us to really enjoy ourselves. We will be returning again next year.

This was my second stay at PoC. It is a gem. Great people. There is no other place to stay for Grace Bay Beach. There is a pool, bar, chairs/umbrellas… Read more

There is a pool, bar, chairs/umbrellas await you on the beach, things are clean....you are close to a grocery store and plenty of action. It's a no brainer if you plan to stay at a hotel in TCI. This hotel is perfectly and centrally located in Grace Bay with a short, sunny 3 minute stroll to the beach and a lovely peaceful sanctuary of its own swimming pool with small bar and comfy loungers. Our room was top floor, with balcony, and air con was excellent with beautiful room cleaning and servicing daily. Breakfast was simple and so delightful with fresh pastries, meat and cheese options, fresh fruit, cereal and some hot options which change daily. The coffee was good and the water and juices were very welcome to enjoy beside the pool. Grace Bay beach is stunning and although it was wavy when we were there, the colours and soft sands soothe away any stress. A beach attendant is on duty and helpfully collected some waters for us one day we forgot to bring them over. On Reception we were greeted with smiles and kindness every day, help with taxi bookings, and a special mention to thank Sandy and Jodi who helped us complete our check out and were so kind to allow us to continue use of our room beyond usual check out time which we hugely appreciated. Watson on the bar is a wonderful barman and we can’t wait to come back again for more of the best rum punch on island! We enjoyed our time at Ports of Call enormously and are already planning a return visit. I will add a few photos of the hotel. Thank you to all at POC for ensuring we had such a wonderful holiday.
