Our stay at Harbour Grand was lovely. Frances and Vienna who assisted us at the reception attentive and friendly. Frances who shows us the hotel room, she was efficient and did her job with care.  Location is excellent. It is near subway station. Thanks for the pleasant service. We look forward to future stays.

We stayed here for 3 nights over Western New Year. The room was adequate but no drinking water was provided - we were told that the tap water was good to drink but it was always lukewarm. We stayed here for 3 nights over Western New Year. The room was adequate but no drinking water was provided - we were told that the tap water was good to drink but it was always lukewarm. Bottled water should have been provided. There was no Sky or CNN on the TV. The room cleaner entered without knocking whilst I was getting dressed and there was no apology. The bathroom needs an update. The swimming-pool was closed for refurbishment - for several months!! - and the area around the pool where we were told we could sit was scruffy. A five-star hotel with no bar!!!! The location was good, near the ferry to Central and Whampoa metro station. Breakfast was good , once you could find a seat! Read less

The hotel was immaculate, perfectly located for the MTR and with friendly and helpful staff, particularly Maria on the reception desk. Maria provided information on trips and transport. She especially was helpful in planning the sights for our short trip to Hong Kong.

Excellent!! Very comfortable stay. 10 stars!!! We'll be back. Great location for restaurants and transportation. Excellent value for money. Easy to get to local shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable beds. Great selection of pillows! Very friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 day's on my way home from Australia. The hotel is absolutely stunning the rooms are beautiful. The staff were so attentive & polite & went out of there way to help you. I want to say a big hello to Maria she went out of her way to explain all about. I will most certainly stay here again when returning to Hong Kong.
