In January of this year-2025-I spent 21 nights at this beautiful hotel...It was a very memorable experience...It was late evening when I arrived but check-in was handled speedily...My room was very large and clean and was serviced daily....Sleep quality was excellent.Breakfast-'though not included in the price-was top class.A wide variety of food was served in the lovely dining room overlooking Victoria Harbour-sunrise each morning was unforgetable....I had lunch and dinner there also on a few occasions and the food was top class....The staff at this hotel deserve a mention-Darshan at the door-a lovely man who greeted me each evening when I returned,Paul,Eddy and Ian at the concierge desk-very helpful guys who were always ready to assist with information on the MRT or anything else that might have confused me,and Johnny in the dining room who had an omelette and a bowl of noodles ready for me each morning when I came down for breakfast.Phoebe in the dining room deserves a mention too for being cheerful and welcoming...A special mention must be made of Ivan in the dining room,a really nice person,happy and cheerful,who made my stay so memorable and so enjoyable....Top marks for this great hotel...10 out of 10...Worth returning to. She was amazing and very helpful. Wish I could've remembered her name. I got a room on the 29th floor and the view was incredible. Ken at the Concierge desk was very helpful one day too. I was having trouble downloading my free Disney Hong Kong ticket so he called them on my behalf and got it sorted out. The entire staff was very nice and professional. The property was beautiful. I didn't feel well most of my four days there so I didn't dine at the buffet but it looked good. Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the MTR station. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hong Kong. Read less

It’s a run down hotel, staff is pathetic, everyone here is stressed, even water is paid, that too you have to get it from reception, breakfast buffet is one of the worst I ever had in my life, stay away if u want to be happy in life! All negative people working here!

Harbour Grand Kowloon Hotel is in a good location in Whampoa, with Aeon Supermarket, varieties of good restaurants, MTR station within walking distance. Concierge & most front desk employees are polite & knowledgeable, helped us the best they could with info about directions & transportations to certain places. Hotel has been recently renovated with newer furnitures & beds, very comfortable. Cleaning staff ( Jian & others ) did a great job, helpful & very understanding. Hotel services pretty speedy when we needed anything. Good overall experiences : our stay was like " a home away from home ". Will be nice if Harbour Grand Kowloon has at least 1 luggage stand in each room. We arrived late at night, & found out there wasn't any. We called for one, thank goodness service was speedy. Waiting for taxi outside the hotel on the day of my departure, 12/19/2024, was chaotic. First guest & his relative on wheelchair; I the second guest; were waiting for our turns, when some guests just barged out from the hotel & took our taxis. Fortunately, one good hotel employee ( Asian-looking in black jacket ) came out & restored everything in order. Hope the hotel can improve on that because some of us had flights to catch. Read less
