I was offered the Hyatt dining club membership by them and as per the instructions I used a voucher to make a booking which somehow redirected me to some other Hyatt website and I booked for 2 nights using 2 different vouchers. On my arrival I was charged for that night despite they redeeming 1 voucher. I refused to stay the second night when they asked me if I wanted to continue or cancel. I obviously cancelled and now I see that they have debited my card for 2 nights!! There was no apology offered and in fact an extremely cold behaviour from the staff at the reception!!

If ever visiting for the first time mention clearly at the entrance whether your check in is at the hotel or Residences. Otherwise located in a quiet & lovely place. Hotel is always busy with a lot of celebrations but that does not disturb your stay.
Room service is excellent and cleanliness is their priority.

Hotel is a building site during the day. At night the room vibrates to the sound of a nightclub, waking us up both nights. Service is shambolic. Management non-existent. Restaurants are poor and a little unsanitary (other than the Chinese, while the Indian restaurant was closed).
