The hotel

Upscale rooms, chic dining and unforgettable sunset views are all on offer at this gated haven right on the beachfront in Juhu. Equally convenient for business as it is perfect for relaxing, you've got easy access to the business district whilst also being steps from feeling the sand between your toes. With multiple dining options on offer, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to dinner. But we definitely recommend the Lotus Cafe for Sunday brunch, with special entertainment and fun food for kids (and plenty of food and drink to enjoy for the adults too), it's a hit with all the family. If you're here as part of a business trip, think about upgrading to an Executive room which includes access to the lounge where you can work in peace whilst enjoying hors d'ouevres and selected complimentary refreshments. When you're not working, enjoy a dip in the infinity pool or head to the sauna and steam room to recharge.

After a long journey from United Kingdom, great service, brilliant shower and pani puri was magic !!! Overall very attentive staff who look after all your needs. Probably one of the best hotels in mumbai. Hotel is located very conveniently to some great restaurants.

The bellboys are courteous and ready to help! Suresh was wonderful as are the others. The housekeeping staff was diligent and on top form. The lounge had some of my favorites -- Veena (she's friendly, so hardworking and so attentive!), Dinesh (a pleasure to watch him make some delicious recipes everyday, Nachiket (always smiling and ready to help) and truly a host of others (managers & servers) who greeted us everyday with a smile (it's quite hard to remember all the names!). In the breakfast area, the food options are top notch. Thanks to Sweetlin I had my daily dose of delicious chai. In the reflections bar, I thoroughly enjoyed the martinis made by Harsh. Arya was a great server and so friendly. Naresh, also at Reflections, so pleasant, friendly, and attentive. Last not but least, a mention to the concierge staff, especially Luis and Abhishek. Their vast knowledge of Mumbai was a support. They had great recommendations and also were quick to assist us in making reservations and more. I travel a lot and I like to rely on concierge for support but I have not had it like this anywhere in the world. This place is always bustling but the staff make it so that they make you feel special and unique no matter how many people they are taking care of. A special mention truly to those that put their best foot forward day in and day out here. The rooms are beautiful, I love the pool area (great massage team there!), the food is awesome, the location is perfect and the outside greeters/security also lovely! The lobby overlooks the Lotus Cafe where scrumptious buffet bfast welcomed us in the morning with wide variety of scrumptious and delicious bfast. The Sangeet and the Mehendi was held at the Banquet Mahi and Salt Water Pool another absolutely impeccably decorated with a great ambience. The food was equally delicious and tantalizing culinary for every taste buds. The wedding held in the 5 star hotel 🏨 was an epic wedding because of the Host, the Hotel ambience, great food and great 5 star service fit for Royalty 👑. Read less
