"Quality food, superb service, good location, nice room"staff very supportive hotel environment is good very well service location too good We had a lovely experience at this hotel.|Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable in the shower produced lots of hot water.

Staying in Oberoi hotels is a luxurious experience that provides one with the highest level of service. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in December 2024. Oberoi Mumbai is an amazing location. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are immaculate and extremely comfortable. We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. Hotel staff surprised me with a delicious chocolate cake. and beautiful bouquet of roses for my birthday. It was very touching. Auyshi Chanchlani from customer relations went an extra mile to make our stay wonderful. We return to the hotel again and again for our stay in Mumbai. Oberoi hotels can’t do enough for their guests to make their stay memorable. Read less

From the moment you arrive you’re made to feel very special & that never stops during the whole stay. The staff are phenomenal and the dining in all the restaurants is fantastic. Food is of the highest quality and the rooms are first class. A beautiful hotel and a lovely city.

From the moment we arrived, until we (reluctantly) had to leave, EVERYONE we met made us feel welcomed. The accomodations were superb, the food memorable & the service quietly perfect. We'll done ! Great location, too. We'll tell our friends & we'll be back
