Love this hotel. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Lovely room, superb food as always and very nice people. Always been in love with this property. I especially loved the breakfast in Sea Lounge - great variety and the service was excellent

This time on entering the hotel experience festivity all around . The hotel was getting ready to celebrate 122 grand years & Christmas. Congratulations & wishing you all many many more years to celebrate. At the Reception meet the Charming Rahul Gurshani..he is always a pleasure to talk to, makes you feel comfortable & always makes check in process extra smooth. As always was expecting my favourite one of the best in the hospitality business Mr Sandip Ghuge to be present at the door to welcome me..Not finding him there entered the room to get a welcome message from him apologising for him absence As he was extremely busy for the 16th Dec preparation but he made sure that Mangesh & Pooja came to inquire about our well being. Appreciating that though we could not meet the whole day he came to meet me & my Son before leaving for home. This is what makes Taj our favourite these little gestures & care & the little cute token of love from Taj. Wishing him all the happiness in the world. We had an absolutely lovely and incredible stay at the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai. The staff were phenomenal and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Everything at the hotel was beyond our expectations. We would recommend it anyone visiting Mumbai.
