Located directly on the white sands of Nusa Dua next to the Bali Collection shopping centre. Transfer time from Denpasar Airport: 25 minutes.

We absolutely love our experience at the Grand Hyatt Bali hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. Customer service was great, the food was amazing and the facilities were fantastic. Absolutely love it...we will be back soon with friends 🧡

This is my 3rd visit and 1st for my friends that came with me. The service in the Veranda Lounge and especially Salsa Verde were impeccable. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Overall the whole complex is super clean. Looking forward in returning soon.

Great hotel for a family holiday. Multiple swimming pools and also a waterslide. There is multiple restaurants on site from Italian to Japanese and traditional Balinese style. Also very handy being across the road from Bali Collection for easy shopping.

The deal was fantastic, every meal was delicious, the drinks were amazing, the snacks were great, and the cakes from the Veranda Lounge, were a highlight. The variety of food and drink options at the restaurants and bars was incredible. The employees went above and beyond to make us feel special, they were so lovely, friendly, and welcoming, they really made us feel like valued guests. We thoroughly enjoyed a much needed massage at the gorgeous Kriya Spa, which was incredibly relaxing and helped us unwind. The gym facilities were top notch , and we had fun riding bikes around the area sightseeing. Evenings were spent at the sports bar, where we played board games and pinball, and at the lounge, listening to the band. Our room, overlooked the beautiful gardens, it was comfortable, clean and had a lovely view. While it could use some modernising and better soundproofing, it was still perfectly fine for our stay. The resort itself is stunning, set in a perfect location with a lovely beach, gorgeous gardens, and has multiple pools that everyone enjoyed. We had a truly wonderful holiday and were sad to leave.
