Everything was perfect, the staff of the hotel was kindness and the infrastructure is amazing.

The staff so helpful and friendly, from the check in staff to the amazing people in the restaurants, pool attendants etc etc. We also used the gym and the spa - all excellent. Great location with an easy walk to some key locations in Seminyak, and a cheap taxi drive from other places.
