Just small things to improve on the menu side - for eg. meatball soup is too much pepper, crepes can be served with filling / topping, egg benedict can have a bit more flavors. Other than that, we are satisfied and pleased with our stay. For kids club, perhaps more activities like cookie coloring, slime decorating, more blocks / legos / magnetic tiles for more selections

staff and grounds were exceptional. This was the best resort we have stayed in. It’s only a short drive into Ubud central and an abundance of activities and site seeing around. There was also free yoga every morning in beautiful surroundings and other activities. This was our favourite place to stay in trips to Bali . Even though it was the wet season, being in the green jungle made it worthwhile. The only one thing I would say that needs a slight improvement is the dinner meals. They were small and not as exceptional as everything else. Although there was nightly entertainment. Breakfast was full buffet and amazing . We hope to be back again and I’d recommend Maya Ubud to all of my family and friends.

Great experience from check in to check out. I really like they had a kid free pool for relaxing without kids screaming non stop. Food was delicious and a lot of variety. Staff is friendly but not pushy. Lots of free and paid activities. Very clean place

One of the best hotel stay for us . The service staff everywhere in the resort were very professional , warm and served with a lot of passion . Room cleaning was done very promptly , the whole experience left us with a warm fuzzy feeling, will definitely go back
