Well maintained and featured hotel which suited us well for our stop over on way to and back between AU and UK. Vincent and the front of house concierge team were really helpful. Location of hotel close to the canal was convenient for leisurely walks along the water way. If you’re lucky as we were you might see otters!

Very pleasant experience. The hotel staff was warm and inviting. My parents got an early check in as well thanks to Marie, who helped with the check in process, which was fast and efficient. Rooms are spacious, refurbished and very clean. Great experience so far.

We was come here for Cny lunch and food was very great and delicious decoration for Cny was very amazing staff at the lobby was very friendly and accommodating thanks for helping us take pictures we will come back again for longest stay ❤️❤️❤️

This is the best hotel in great location. The service from front desk Rosheen was exceptional. She was polite and professional. Service from concierge very good. Room was clean and nice. 2mins walking distance to train staion. No need to spend miney for taxi. Highly recommend this hotel.
