Family Rooms have pool or island views, two vanity areas, and two bathrooms, as well as special children's amenities. These rooms can have 2 king-size beds, or 1 king-size bed plus twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Village hotel! This hotel is perfect for families with young kids, offering a comfortable and activity-packed environment that kept everyone happy and entertained throughout our visit. Special thanks to Bella and Farez, as well as the rest of the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their friendliness and attentiveness made us feel right at home. The facilities were fantastic, and the range of activities available for children made it an excellent choice for a family getaway. We recently stayed at Village Hotel Sentosa, and our experience was quite disappointing. The room was super small and nothing like what we saw on the website. With two adults and one child, we had to sleep on two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable. Despite the high price, the room lacked basic amenities such as cutlery, coffee, and tea. These items were placed in a location away from the rooms, making it inconvenient to access them frequently. Additionally, we were only provided with two bath towels, which was insufficient. The reception staff were unfriendly and never answered our phone calls from the room, adding to our frustration. The only positives were the nice area surrounding the hotel and the good pool. However, these were not enough to make up for the numerous shortcomings. We expected much better for the price we paid. Read less

The hotel check-in was fast and seamless. The staff are friendly and helpful. The imbiah station and bus stop is just a walking distance away. Room service meal is from Native Kitchen. The food was worth the price and portion. The village hub (vending machine) is a good idea! Overall, one of the best stay we had in Sentosa.

To top it off, coffee and tea weren’t even placed in the room for guests to enjoy; instead, they were hidden away INSIDE a drawer near the ice machine, clearly trying to keep them out of sight and out of reach. The hotel map had a minuscule note indicating that cutlery should be in that same drawer, yet I found absolutely none. What a frustrating experience! Read less
