Very good service very clean nice staff arm helped us out alott they have a free river boat to the hotel was very fun and good for photos seen roof tip bar has amazing views and good drinks go early cuz it gets packed the roof top pool was amazing and very clean

My partner and I stayed in a panorama river view room. The river view is fantastic. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. A big shoutout to Nook. We accidentally left our suitcase in a taxi during our stay. Nook was incredibly helpful and ensured the suitcase was returned to us in no time.

Breakfast was excellent but as we had tours starting at 07:00 two days we couldn’t have the full experience as it was basic breakfast from 06:00-06:30. Staff are great, rooms are clean and the laundry service excellent. Toiletries are provided in the rooms but things like cotton buds or nail files have to be requested, it didn’t really feel like a 5* hotel for us. However it served our needs as we booked last min and as I said previously we spent any spare time at the sister hotel. Our experience to and from the airport was more like 45mins to an hour, but maybe it depends what time of day. Heavy traffic outside but the shuttle river boat is reliable. Great mall attached to the hotel with a 7-11 and a great coffee shop called the coffee pot, fab Thia coffee there.

Recommended! The staffs were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay! The bed was so comfortable big bathroom and amazing views, Breakfast and lunch at hotel were great, with lots of different options. Dinner at Seen restaurant was amazing! We love the Avani + Riverside Bangkok and will recommend it to friends and family.
