I had a fantastic time in the hotel. I stay there 8N9D . It’s awesome. Staff and crew are very nice and friendly. They always smile and greet people every time. The room is clean well maintain and the view is wonderful with the touch of sunlight every morning. And with the great view at the infinity pool. It’s awesome.

Upon arriving there were a few issues with our booking but the lady on reception, Top took it upon herself to make sure she rearranged some stuff to ensure we got the full experience we hoped for. Fantastic hotel in every respect. Just brilliant but beware scammers at the Riverside drop off trying to get you a tuk tuk to shops who give them money. They ask you where you are going and tell you it's closed right now. Very plausible but hotel should warn their guests.
