Had a less than expected stay. The room given to us wasn’t cleaned. The wait staff are rude towards us (maybe since we are Asians). They ignore us and don’t come to take our order or serve us. Not at all what I expected from a named hotel like “Centara”

This hotel is excellent , for couples , solo or families , beautiful hotel rooms are large with balconies , free water , fridge , 2 pools one with slides , gorgeous beach calm sea , easy to walk into town , but does have entertainment at night , but didn’t hear it from bedroom , , the staff go are fantastic , will help you any way they can , my daughter in law got a small nip or sting in sea , straight away they ran Dawn with first aid box to clean it and spray it , we also did many trips from here , would definitely like to come back , 4 adults and children 13 and 11 , turn left facing beach and a walk through forest lots of monkeys , turn right into the town , hope this helps x x Read less

Family holiday with three teens. Hotel location perfect on beach you can swim in pool or sea. Night entertainment and setting very good. Always clean and the biggest value is the staff, all of them super friendly and helpful.
