Cute monkeys are resident in jungle next door although they occasionally take things off your balcony and go to toilet there too! Pools is medium size and sunbeds easy to find at any time. Service is good but not excellent. Waiters forget you are there. Not as friendly as say Turkey. CONS Hotel is isolated so food and drink prices are double of that in nearby Krabi town. Amazing scenery but Turkey better value from UK. 4-hour flight vs 12-hour flight and hotel facilities better. Read less

The app actually proved very useful for ordering drinks around the pool, booking restaurants, trips etc. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for making our trip to Krabi absolutely amazing, we've only been home 2 days and already missing Thailand. Thank you, Simon & Milda Read less

Stayed here with my bestie for four nights at the end of our Thailand trip and we absolutely loved it. Granted, it needs a little bit of a refresh and I understand that will be happening soon but the grounds are lush and staff were absolutely wonderful. There is a selection of restaurants and all were very good indeed. Breakfast has a good selection, and the Thai food by the water was delicious as well as the very fun Japanese restaurant. They make a special effort of putting on singers and fire shows every night and have frequent return boats should you wish to explore outside of the resort. It is placed close enough to town to be able to explore and go to the Ao Nang night market if you want a bit more hustle and bustle but it is placed on a basically private beach that feels very far from the chaos and that boasts the most incredible sunsets. Our Luxury room was up in the hills and the view from our room is one I will never forget… absolutely magical. I would like to make a special mention for Kris for moving us promptly and upgrading us when we had an issue with our room and allowing us a bit of a late checkout as we weren’t leaving till very late that night and to Wilson for being a little ray of friendly sunshine. I am extremely well travelled and somewhat surprised at some of the reviews I have seen here because I would recommend this place 100%, and having worked in Luxury hotels, I think I’m a pretty good judge with very high standards. We absolutely loved the location setting for this resort and it would be 5 stars if the rooms/buildings had some maintenance completed. If you’re looking to book, please note that it is accessible by boat shuttle on a timed schedule provided by the resort (every 1-1.5 hrs) or you have to pay for a private boat ride which can be a bit pricey for one way. There is one other option that we took to get to Ao Nang and that is by hiking monkey trail. The staff were excellent and there’s live music or entertainment in the evenings. Breakfast buffet was just okay for us but we enjoyed the food & drink in the club lounge for afternoon tea & evening snacks. We heard that the resort will be closed for 20 months for renovations which is much needed to fix and update the buildings and rooms. Read less

An excellent experience all around, absolutely breathtaking location on a private beach accessible only by boat or hike. We loved seeing exotic species of Toucan and monkeys from our balcony whirlpool against the backdrop of the bay and high cliffs. Lots of small perks and added bonus of Club Lounge access when booking an upgraded room. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and quick to assist. Special mention to Jomel and Zach, who went above and beyond in the lounge, creating a warm and inviting environment while ensuring our glasses were always full during our evening visits! Would give 5/5 rating except the hotel is showing its age and lacking cleanliness; many aspects of the rooms, facilities, and buildings are in need of maintenance or a complete overhaul, which we were told is scheduled to take place in 2026 (which is great!). A few points to improve would be overall cleanliness of the rooms, no USB ports, broken blinds, water stains on mirrors and glass doors. My wife and I still enjoyed our stay thoroughly, however important to set expectations correctly as it was less than a 5-star resort experience. Hopefully better after the remodel! Read less
