Dao, Ben, and Jib made us feel just at home. This trip became a dream vacation. Every need was already taken care. Every want was provided for. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. The customer service team went above and beyond. A luxury stay in every way.

The staff were amazing, polite and very helpful from arrival, check in and through to departure. The hotel is very clean, the rooms spacious and again clean. We were on the 7th floor. The pool was great along with all external areas. The location for us is absolutely the most perfect thing, shops and all the food you can think of nearby. Walking street literally a 10 minute walk. Everything is well-organized. However, the rooms and common areas are outdated. The elevators are quite old, and the doors do not close properly. Despite these issues, the location is fantastic, especially being next to a shopping mall. The presence of a spa and its quality are great. Everything is well-organized. However, the rooms and common areas are outdated. The elevators are quite old, and the doors do not close properly. Despite these issues, the location is fantastic, especially being next to a shopping mall. The presence of a spa and its quality are great. Breakfast is good, but there are very few halal/kosher options. Eggs are cooked in the same place as non-halal meats, which does not align with our preferences. The pool, bars, and cafes are nice, and the natural, mystical atmosphere is something you’ll absolutely love. However, carrying luggage is a hassle, and we could not find a ramp for people with disabilities. The room slippers are of very low quality, which does not suit a hotel of this standard. In the bathroom, the partition between the shower and the toilet is made of glass, and during showers, water spills into the common area. This setup offers a poor level of comfort. Read less
