The Super Deluxe Sea View Room is 40-45sq metres and features the previously mentioned amenities and sea view. Rooms have either a King bed and daybed or two twin beds and a day bed. The Diamond Suite room type is a larger 70sq metres in size and is a more romantic option, featuring a jacuzzi and bar area to enjoy the sea views. Rooms have either a King bed and daybed or two twin beds and a day bed. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

The Grand Jacuzzi Suite is the same size as the Diamond Suite but is positioned closer to the coastline for even better views from the rooms private balcony. Rooms have either a King bed or two twin beds. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

The staff are so obliging, it was my birthday and placed in my room was the most yummy birthday cake The manager Freeze was incredible, we had a late flight out and she helped us with a late checkout, I will definitely go back and enjoy being pampered again 🙌🏻💕🙌🏻💕

Incredible hotel in Phuket

Stayed with my wife and young child. The room was more than big enough and with a great sea view. There was construction going on, and the hotel quickly helped us to move room, even offering an upgrade, and were very helpful throughout. The staff were all incredible, especially with my young child. The hotel facilities were also brilliant, and breakfast every day was excellent. I would definitely recommend using the hotel's free shuttle if you are staying in any rooms up the steep hills, and you never have to wait long for one to be ready to take you. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great central location in Phuket. Read less

Dirty, Tired, lacking management and service (not 5*)

On the surface looks OK but as you look deeper its a tired poorly managed hotel. Confused at the positive reviewed to be honest, but I guess we all have our own standards for comparative measures. Note there wasnt just us complaining in reception! Positives Good location if you want Patong. Clean reception. Cute fruit shop opposite for daily fruit. Nice view if you look beyond the road. Amazing choice of trips from the 3rd party organiser in reception. Loved the buggy idea to take you up the hill. Check in Arrived early morning and understandably didnt expect our room to be ready on arrival. Reception lacked service or direction. What I would expect would be an invitation to have breakfast while the bags were brought upto the waiting lounge. Instead we got left in a room with no comfy chairs and no bags to get our clothes from. We found the breakfast area ourselves and then pulled out our suitcases in reception with the world to see whats inside. Not professional digging in suitcases while people checking in!! Rooms/Cleanliness Tired, surface clean rooms. Sewage smell coming from bathroom and continued to get worse as you slept. Dirty curtains, balcony not cleaned, mouldy tea bags left from someone else. Complained 3 times but nothing worked to get rid of the smell or cleanliness. Gave up. They did offer for us to change rooms but couldn't accommodate our son, suggested we slept in the same bed. Err no thanks. See photos. Chairs from breakfast area and seats around bar, doesnt take much to clean, replace or paint areas to make them look more finished or clean!! Service/Food Everything took ages. Drinks took so long to bring to the table for dinner. Ended up fetching our own drinks from the bar as we could see them! Staff seem lovely but again lacking urgency or management. The fake fruit on the bar really confused me, we are in a tropical island with cheap fruit in abundance and there is dated, dusty plastic fruit for decoration?! The whole vibe just lacks the finishing management touches (class!). Food was average, breakfast good selection. Noise Construction work ongoing in the hotel without prior notice. Jack hammering in 3 locations while trying to relax at the kids pool. Couldnt even talk to my husband due to the noise. Ongoing from 9am until 8pm. Went to the spa - construction outside so decided to skip the spa, just couldnt get away from the noise! We relocated to the other pool which was fine but not ideal for kids. Read less

not for smokers or late nighters

don't book here if you like a smoke or a late night. Lots will probably disagree with this reveiw but i am writing it for anyone who is like me and likes a smoke and the occasional late night. First the rooms are very nice and spacious and most have a spectacular veiw from the balcony which you can watch the sunset. Where this place fell away from a five star review is as a smoker i enjoy a cig after my breakfast or with a beer, but there are no smoking tables and you are only allowed to smoke in an area where they have put two chairs and an ash tray. This is the same area if you are having a beer and fancy a fag not even a table provided for your morning coffee or evening beer. Another gripe is the shuttle bus that takes you to your room, the rooms are set amongst the cliffs so if you have a room which most are high up this bus is essential to get you most way to your room but if you like to stay out later than 11:30 bring some hiking gear cos that's when the bus stops running. One small problem also is getting yourself a coffee a breakfast time can be a pain but not always as they only have two coffee machines and they sometimes run out of beans and are not refilled straight away. But if you don't smoke and are to bed early this is the hotel for you. Read less

Great place! Perfect location and amazing staff.

Really lovely hotel and staff are so friendly and helpful. We arrived mid morning after 12hr flight and couldn't check in until 2pm. Not a problem though as were shown to an air conditioned lounge area which had showers to use (with towels) and could use the pool/bar. Staff keep main luggage at reception and take it to your room when it is ready. We had quite a few stairs to climb and couldn't see a lift so were grateful of this. Hotel is very clean and our room was huge with a big bed. Air conditioning works well. Not noisy at all, even with few kids in the pool it was very relaxing. Pools are lovely especially the waterfall one with swim up bar. Never had issue getting a sunbed and staff happy to find you one if you wanted one moved. Easy walk to Patong beach and into shops. Would highly recommend! Read less
