My review is currently limited as I have only arrived today, but from what I have experienced so far, this hotel is truly excellent. For anyone concerned about the logistics of arriving here by speedboat, there is absolutely no need to worry. From the moment we reached the marina, we were greeted warmly by a lovely lady who handled our suitcases with care and ensured they arrived at our room ahead of us.
Although we initially hoped for an upgrade, this was not possible due to our change of travel dates – a situation entirely of our own making and not a reflection on the hotel. Regardless, the room we were given, room 333, is absolutely outstanding and far exceeded our expectations.
The service so far has been exceptional, and the management clearly demonstrates a strong commitment to ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. Our reception greeting was remarkable, with plenty of useful information provided and thoughtful extras included as part of our stay. Every staff member we’ve met has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive.
As this is only our first day, I will leave a more detailed review later, but I can already say with confidence that I will be recommending this hotel to others. As a frequent traveller planning another trip to Thailand in the coming months with a group of friends, I will certainly suggest staying here.
I cannot fault anything I’ve seen so far. Thank you to the staff and management for the warm welcome and exceptional service. It is greatly appreciated.
Best wishes,
Dr Warner, Room 333

Beautiful place -avoid Christmas/New Year if you want a peaceful break

We arrived via taxi from the port the road was a dirt track for quite a bit and extremely bumpy to the point of being extremely uncomfortable. I’d only consider going back if using their boat service which we didn’t know about when we booked that’s how bad the journey was.

Our room 331 was really lovely - double bed and single bed both with mosquito nets which were very much needed- the rooms similar to ours have an outside shower which have bifold partition when using. The outside space had a lovely swing seat as well as chairs and an electric fam to keep away the mosquitoes.
The breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. The menu for lunch and dinner were the same - there were some speciality food nights but not well advertised.
The beach area is beautiful as is the swimming pool unfortunately we didn’t pick the best time for a tranquil time as there were many children at the hotel during our stay so we didn’t experience the quiet secluded restful place that others have described, if you are looking for that then don’t go 26-29th December; on saying that we would go back just at a different time and take the hotels boat transfers.

The place is beautiful and calm. Perfect for couples who are seeking tranquility as there is not much to do around and no facilities for children. This was one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel.
Rooms are being refurbished, so are fresh and clean. However, I'm not sure the room we received was renovated recently It didn't really matter as we loved it! Located on a hill, with a magnificent view over lush gardens on the sea. Amazing! We could enjoy the views from the terrace sitting on a swing or from a window in a bathroom which we could fully open without worrying that someone would see us.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful and everything was delicious! What a blast to begin a day just meters away from the seashore...
The hotel offers a ride to a nearby village for a small fee. We also participated in a boat trip to Koh Pak Bia, but it was a waste of a beautiful day. The beach there was sooo terribly overcrowded I was counting minutes to come back to the hotel.
One thing that dissapointed us was a room service. I've ordered a beef entrecôte that was delivered cold and instead of "garden vegetables" I found only some cucumber. I had to return the dish.
