The bellstand Manager, Luis, was an absolute delight who managed to single-handedly save my vacation through his aptitude and dedication. 10/10 service and the bartender makes a mean Moscow mule. I would recommend the Hilton to anyone looking for the best service.

Nixon was vey helpful and provided excellent service. Elvira in the restaurant was also outstanding. The room was beautiful. The facility was resort worthy. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday. The staff made the event very special for him.

Each time we needed our car the valet staff was amazing especially Lancelot.
Our accommodations were beautiful and so clean.
The pool was amazing and the beach with chairs and towels was another gift.
Upon leaving Nixon helped us out with our luggage. He had helped us throughout our stay with various quest. The bell staff is attentive and so interested in making your stay great.
We ate at S3 and it was good. I’m not. Sushi person but found the burger to be amazing.
This is an outstanding resort with amenities.
Loved our time here. It was perfect.

We had a fantastic time here. Our 7 year old son was looked after for the day by the wonderful Cindy Ann Boisson in the recreation team. He was entertained with Lego, Arts and Crafts and pool games. Cindy Ann was absolutely brilliant with him for the whole time.
One of the best hotels in Ft. Lauderdale. Wonderful experience every time.

I lost my diamond from my ring and told him about it and he said he was on a mission to find it. Low and behold two months later he called me to say he found it. He mailed it to me and it was in fact my diamond. Not many people would have done that. He could have sold it and I would never have know but instead he returned it to me. He always goes above and beyond his duties while we are there. In addition the staff and bartenders at Ilios are wonderful and always so friendly. We can never wait until we go back.
