Now that I think about it, I only have one small complaint. Our server in the restaurant, Monica, made us feel very uncomfortable when we attempted to use complimentary guest coupons, (provided by the hotel) during breakfast. It was as if she was suspicious of our use of the coupon and not very friendly. Other than that, not only would i stay again, I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the area or just for a nice get-away.

And as a visitor in an unfamiliar part of town, I felt safe following their recommendations - which were spot on. I had an issue with my room upon arrival, and it was taken care of so wonderfully and gracefully by Shenoya that it was as if it never happened. Thank you from Cherry. Beautiful staff, lovely hotel, lovely views, good breakfast on site. Valet parking was a little pricy, but the cost is worth the safety and not having to worry about the car. Thank you Sonesta. My husband and I were grateful to have spent his birthday there.

I was very pleased from the very minute I arrived at the Sonesta Hotel. Everyone made (My) this Hotel Stay feel so very comfortable The workers Each and every One of Them were very Professional at there job but also So Very Friendly that it made my stay a very pleasant one. They made me feel like I knew all of them already and I was just back to visit them all again. There were a few bumps that I would call them, one was I have fallen in the elevator I did not let that stop me from enjoying the rest of my stay here. I also noticed there were ice buckets in the room but not on the floor I was staying on, and no fan in bathroom for when showering and using hot water the bathroom mirror was all steamy and I couldn’t see myself in it. no microwave in the room either. Small things, nothing from giving My Hotel Stay 5 +stars but what made it complete and the reason why I would definitely come back and stay here again would be for Evelyn, Andy, Rosa, Sai, Lesley, Patrick, Khushboo and Aaron and Security when I slipped and fell in the elevator and there were a few more workers I can’t remember all there names. but no doubt I will come back for more stays in the future just because not only the way My Sister and I were treated and the hospitality was divine as well. Overall Everything was Amazing!
