I am absolutely shocked by the service we received during our stay. We booked 3 rooms for a family reunion over Christmas break, paying over $12,000. I used my approved Suite Night Awards, but upon arrival, I was told my reserved room type wasn’t available. The staff made up a confusing story about assigning us one suite for the first night and another for the rest of the stay. In the end, we weren’t even given a suite. After settling in with two young kids, we were then informed that we would have to move rooms the following day because our current room was a connecting room. This is despite the fact that when we initially booked, they could not guarantee connecting rooms, yet now it seems they can force us to move for one. To make matters worse, the manager offered us credits and points, but given the substantial amount we paid for this vacation, it's hardly enough to make up for the stress and inconvenience caused. I’ve had my share of poor service at higher-tier Marriott brands, but nothing compares to the frustration and disbelief I felt during this stay. I am truly disappointed by the way this was handled. I am recovering from a broken ankle and surgery, and he was kind and even thought to put us in a beautiful room with a shower with no tub to step over! Everyone was kind and helpful at the hotel. We enjoyed tesaro and the steak house. The beach is wide and beautiful and we will look forward to coming back when I can go for a walk on it!! This hotel is well run and great for a relaxing getaway! Read less

Super nice guy that gave us a lot of good recommendations. Shout out to Tom. Golf courses had impressive greens. Food everywhere at resort was amazing. All of the staff were beyond friendly. Shout out to the pool staff at Sirene. Sirene rooms are updated and modern and very quiet. Beach was very wide and shells are everywhere. Cons: Only one con would be to enforce the dress code at Aria. Saw some guys with ripped jeans and flip flops. I’ve been to a ton of restaurants that enforce dress codes and while it is awkward my fiancé himself has been told to go put on a suit coat on before. If the website says the dress code is enforced I would expect that. Read less

Macarena with The Photography Concierge was fantastic! She took our family pictures including 4 kids who weren’t too excited to have their pictures taken. She was professional and gave great direction. The pictures turned out awesome. I would recommend her for anyone that is wanting beautiful pictures to remember a wonderful vacation.
