The rooms were beautiful and extremely comfortable. The location was fabulous . The pool area was great and so picturesque. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful.. I definitely would stay here again. 5 ave has so many great restaurants

Quick stay in Naples… clean room in a great location for walking around 5th Ave. If you need a basic room with simple amenities this is a perfect spot to stay. The staff at the desk is kind and knowledgeable of the area and will offer to help with any issues you might have.
Expensive, missing basic necessities such as a hot shower and quiet rooms.

Also, something we’ve not seen in the hundreds of hotels we stayed in, the shower and toilet area had a sensor to turn on the light. The light was blinding when getting up in the middle of the night to use the toilet.
Considering the high nightly rate (>$900) and added ‘resort fee’, NOT worth the money.

Right at home after a long travel day. Valet was cheerful. The front desk was incredibly helpful with many questions to make our stay exceptional. Would come back again for sure. Clean and tidy everywhere.

Very high end boutique hotel. Great location walkable to restaurants and shops. Beautiful rooms with luxury mattress and linens. Lived the welcome cocktail. Weather was cold and rainy so we couldn’t use the beauties pool area with bar. But we did do a hottub and enjoyed that.
