We have stayed at the Inn 3 times in the last four months and it’s the best hotel in Naples. The staff is super polite and the location is fantastic. Special thanks to front desk associates Ceci and Zuzana - very accommodating and always made you feel welcome.

We have stayed at this place every other year on average for 10 years. Since the new management, our overall opinion is the hotel is not being maintained at the same level as previous owners and it shows! Some examples are as follows:
1. Torn cushions on chairs on the club rooftop and at the pool. This is a 4-star hotel. These items should be replaced immediately.
2. At least 33% of the lounge chairs at the pool are ripped and virtually unusable. We actually saw someone fall through! It appears that you can just change the fabric without needing a new frame.
3. Cleanliness: club elevator needs to be vacuumed w/ crevice tool (it was dirty all 7 days we were there), huge layer of dust on median wall in club lounge, dust etc under furniture.
4. No variety for breakfast or apps at club lounge.
5. AC issues 1) Ambassador suite. Secondary room rarely went below 70 degrees and very stuffy. 2) lobby of club building-Every night was stuffy and stagnant.
7. No signature scent in the club lobby. This needs to be reinstated.
8. Light bulbs were out on 3rd floor hallway right outside of elevator. Very obvious.
9. One evening at 9:30PM, we were told the Club lounge was closed and we could not sit out there since she already cleaned up. We pay a premium to be on that side and that is unacceptable.
10. The countertop in the Ambassador suite is stained and ugly.
11. Mattresses seem to be on their last leg. Our sheets had small holes in them and the polyester sheets have got to go. they sleep hot are a very low vibrational fabric.
12. The spa: All I can say about this is that whoever hired these therapists has either never had a massage or did not have these people give them a massage in the interview. there was no flow and it just felt like they were rubbing you without any intention of the muscles or pressure points. Don’t offer reflexology if you can’t do it!!!
13. Pots around the pool are not maintained. A ton of dead material-Bad feng Shui!
Valets were excellent and we liked the partnerships/experiences that have been established.

Air in the room was erratic and we learned the room controls do nothing. All
