The hotel

All suites include private balcony, WiFi, coffee maker, sofa bed, mini fridge, safe, hairdryer, bathroom amenities 55inch flat-screen HDTV, separate bath and shower, iron & ironing board. 

Superior King Rooms have either a marina or waterway view with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

One bedroom Suites have either a marina or waterway view and includes a fully equipped kitchen, and separate living room with a queen-size sofa bed. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Two bedroom Suites have either a marina or waterway view and includes a fully equipped kitchen, and separate living room with a queen-size sofa bed. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and the separate guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed. This spacious suite has 2 separate bathrooms to accommodate all guests, and sleeps maximum 6 adults.  

Complimentary resort shuttle to Downtown Naples & Naples Beach and between hotel & Naples Bay Club complex. Overnight parking is $20 per vehicle, per night (self or valet), payable locally, subject to change.

Bluewater Bar & Grill (poolside dining offering lunch and dinner daily with afternoon happy hour). Café on the Bay (al-fresco sandwiches, pastries and drinks; open for breakfast and lunch). Nosh on Naples Bay – (award winning cuisine. Open for Happy hour and Dinner) Indulge Restaurant & Bar (upscale indoor and outdoor dining).

There is a daily resort fee of $45 plus tax per room, per night (payable locally, fee subject to change).

We stayed in the main hotel which was very comfortable. The mystery locked cupboard in our room turned out to be the down pipe from the roof, so when the heavy rain started it sounded as if a waterfall had been turned on. The mystery locked cupboard in our room turned out to be the down pipe from the roof, so when the heavy rain started it sounded as if a waterfall had been turned on. Very glad it was 5pm and not during the night. There’s no bar on the hotel side you have to go to the Club area which is a bit of a shame when you just want a night cap after dinner. The club area pools, lounger’s and bar/grill was very nice reasonably priced, very clean and the staff accommodating. All of the teams were great and friendly. Unfortunately at checkout we were charged for our prepaid room so 5 days before we get that back on our card. Good job I asked for a paper invoice and checked it. There are excellent valet drivers to shuttle you around the resort and downtown/beach which is excellent. A very nice stay. Read less

If you're looking for amenities, and great customer service, go elsewhere! Pool closes at dusk which means we had no access to pool or hot tub after 5:30 at night. I received better service and rooms showed better at locations a third of the price. Checked out early. Was given credit and then got a call that they were recsinding the credit. Read less

We had a wonderful time with our family of 7 at Naples Bay Resort! We rented two 2-bedroom suites and the views on our large balconies were amazing. The access to the club with 5 pools, a spa and a gym really made the trip! The service was excellent. Domenica at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Did not yet stay, but had to write and comment on the excellent customer service from front desk personnel, Dominica. She was very patient, professional and friendly when explaining the room choices plus showing each option to me! Such a rarity in this day to have that level of service and I was sincerely impressed with her!
