On a private, white-sand beach on exclusive Longboat Key, a barrier island just off the coast of Sarasota. Distance from Tampa International Airport: 62 miles.

223 rooms and suites from 4 to 10 floors in 7 buildings with 9 lifts. All with balcony, air-conditioning, flatscreen TV with pay-per-view films, WiFi, alarm/clock radio, safe, iron and ironing board, bathrobes, hairdryer, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker with daily supply of freshly-ground coffee.

Guest Rooms offer beach views, and either 1 king-size or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children. 

Studio King Suites feature a separate seating area with queen-sized sofa bed, kitchenette with washer/dryer, dining area, and balcony overlooking the golf course or Intracoastal Waterway, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Studio King Suite Beach View are the same as above, with views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Spacious One Bedroom Suite Beach View have a private master bedroom with 1 king-size bed and dressing area, large living room with 1 queen-size sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dining area, and feature views of the Gulf of Mexico, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Two Bedroom Suite Beach View include two separate bedrooms, each with their own dressing area, living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, fully-equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dining area, and feature views of Gulf of Mexico, sleeping maximum 6 adults.

Spacious Two Bedroom Suite Beach View are the same as above, but are larger in size.

A world class resort. We love the marina-fitness center-golf, tennis, pickleball and all the delicious restaurants. Great staff you are treated so nice. We love that they drive us to St Armands circle. This location is beautiful for walking on the beach.

The beach is amazing and the employees that serve you on the beach were so sweet and quick to help you while setting up your chairs towels running you food and drinks Those we thought were especially great were Alex, Natalie, Sam and Jason! Great jobs you all! Thank you you made our stay even more enjoyable!!!! :)

Stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed the hotel. The room was nice,we were given an upgrade on arrival which overlooked the sea with steps down to it. Lovely bedding and pillows.the bathroom was spacious but needs a new shower curtain as its past its sell by date! The staff are very helpful and Dean was just that on arrival. Hotel wasn't busy but… Read more

Alex at the beach club was amazing. He was extremely attentive and made our stay the BEST experience! He got our beach towels everyday and set up our cabana with ice cold waters. His staff catered to our every need and I will definitely be coming back!

Alex at the beach club was absolutely amazing! He gave us the utmost undivided attention and had exceptional service. He checked in on often, had our chairs already set up when we got down to the beach, brought us cold waters wrapped in a cold towel to keep them cold, and was overall great! Definitely will be back!!
