The accomodations of this hotel were great. I loved the rooms and the bathroom. The staff at the front was IMPECABLE!! Taniya was awesome as was arxly and this other really nice lady with short blond bob. They did not deny any request or question I had. I would definitely go again.

I am a local who booked to stay for work. I called the property to inform them that I would be checking in the morning after my first night due to the expected death of my father. At no point did anyone mention that I would be charged a “no show” fee - however I wasn’t a “no show”. I did check in the next morning and stay the second night of my booking. This unexpected charge and lack of communication were quite disappointing. As a local I don’t intent on recommending this property or using their services in the future as a result. Read less

Beautiful hotel, with wonderful, professional and accommodating staff. Housekeeping, restaurant and front desk were all top notch. Great place for a family gathering. My only complaints involve our ADA room for my disabled husband. The room had handicapped button on the wall to access the balcony. However, there was no button to get back into the room. Not all disabled people can pull the door handle to reenter the room. The bathroom was not handicap accessible. The bathroom floor and tub floor were very slippery. The tub required a steep step in. There was no tub bench or chair. The beds in this room on the 14th floor were very high, making transfers difficult. Additionally, the mattresses were VERY soft and the sheets were slippery. This meant that transfers from bed to wheelchair were unsafe; my husband nearly slid off the bed onto the floor when he sat on the edge of the bed to transfer. It took 3 of us with great difficulty to keep him from landing on the floor. Read less

Bar area lively with a sensible breakfast cafe served until 2pm and other light options later. It’s right on the beach but unfortunately the freezing winds and rain didn’t enhance our stay. Read less
