353 rooms on 7 floors in 1 building with 4 lifts. All with air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi access, flat-screen TV with pay-per-view movies, tea and coffee making facilities, wet bar, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, safe, hairdryer, and iron and ironing board. 

Standard Rooms are 250 sq ft and have 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Resort View Rooms are 250 sq ft with courtyard or pool views, and two double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Resort View Villas are 480 sq ft with courtyard or pool views, and feature a separate living room with double-size sofa bed, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 6 people. 

Gulf Front Villas are the same as above, but with views of the Gulf of Mexico. 

Complimentary self-parking (included in the resort fee). Suncoast Beach Trolley stops right outside both RumFish Beach Resort and Tradewinds Island Grand Resort.

Had a lovely pool side snack and beverage. Wonderful views of the ocean and Mimi gave wonderful service! We are waiting for our room to be ready and decided to wait out by the pool/deck area- little slice of heaven here! Highly recommend for a beach getaway!

Patrick was amazing! He was very tentative and friendly. We enjoyed great service and great food! I had the chopped chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. Both were 🔥🔥🔥We loved the beach view and the music too. Highly recommend the Gulfside Kitchen.

RumFish is great! My Mom and I ate at the Sandbar twice and will most likely be back again before we leave. Our servers Patrick and Reagan were great! Now we are of to enjoy s’mores by the RumFish campfire! Highly recommended staying at RumFish and enjoying a meal at the Sand Bar while you’re here!

Hotel is ship shape and fully recovered from the storm. Rooms are comfortable and clean, same for all of the common areas. Can’t beat the easy beach access and cabana lounge chairs by the water. Had a delicious breakfast at the hotel’s Gulfside Kitchen. Our server, Mark, was friendly and efficient.

RAEGAN WAS THE BEST!! Warm friendly fun. This was a hoot! The sun the surf the happy faces. You ate truely missing a wonderful time if you pass this by. We had a delicious breakfast at the Gulfside kitchen. No matter where you are rom you will enjoy being here.
