I would not stay with the Grand Hyatt ever again. There was a massive issue with billing and instead of admitting their mistake and doing what is right they did absolutely nothing and did not even try to fix the issue.

The room was meh at best and had a broken light switch to the main light of the room. Also for such a "nice" hotel they charge 35 dollars for valet parking and 25 for regular. So unless you plan on uber or walking to this place plan for that.
All in all I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Tampa has many more worth while on the water hotels that don't charge for parking and when there costuer has an issue they fix it. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Greeted with a VERY strong smell of marijuana when we stepped in front door of hotel. Walls are very thin so you can hear everyone & everything! Woke up at 12am to knocking on my door meant for another we room. Woken back up at 5am to a baby crying.
Great Sunset on Tampa Bay

The property is a diamond in the rough for Tampa Bay. Sunsets are a must from anywhere on the property and a visit to the Oyster Catcher will rival any seafood in Tampa Bay. The bar area makes for a great meeting place and tram service works all over the property. I have stayed at the bungalows before and would suggest it if your budget…

First the rooms were not clean and not all functional. The phone did not work, the safe did not work and there was a nail clipping on our bed.
We had to ask to get placed into another room which was super inconvenient since we just unpacked.
The room that we got replaced with had a faulty facet which did not allow warm water to flows it was either hot or cold.
After a day of activities we came back to our rooms not being turned over.
If you are in Tampa please look elsewhere

The accommodations for both my stay and the conference rooms was quite nice! Food was prompt and tasted great as well! Only feedback I would give is that there could be a few more outlets in the conference rooms. Only feedback I would give is that there could be a few more outlets in the conference rooms. Is very convenient to have the restaurants at the hotel as well and LOVED that they actually provided water for the attendees in their individual rooms!
