Friendly staff
My reservation was not made by my organization and with this being the Gasparilla weekend I thought I was out of luck.... the staff was able to secure me a room last minute.
While I waited I visited the bar for food and drinks the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel was very well maintained and conveniently located to the arena, convention center and aquarium. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with an array of hot and cold items like eggs, oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh fruit, pancakes, pastries, juices. Valets Ivan and Sasha were prompt, helpful and knowledgeable.

5/5 excellent service and excellent experience. Travelled with 70 people as part of a Gasparilla Krewe. Everyone had a wonderful time. Definitely return again. From IVAN at the valet to the desk people helping my son with medicine and helping my daughter find makeup wipe. Clean hotel.

I had a great time staying here, and was really helped out by the the valets Ben, Albin, and Mark. They were super welcoming and made my stay more enjoyable. I think that the stay was really great and made my weekend all the better. I will definitely stay here again.

Noah was so helpful and amazing Great attitude and helpful, the Hyatt was a great experience and the front staff was great. The valet was exceptional and helped me with my luggage and directions around downtown. Best hotel experience, dragon and Ivan have helped me out so much.
