Everyone was super sweet and helpful, especially Myriam who went above and beyond and delivered a microwave to my after i arrived at the hotel after 1 am. Everyone was so sweet and wonderful! The room was spacious and really nice, and the location was fantastic!

She has an outgoing personality and was extremely kind and attentive.

Attractive hotel, very clean. No hot water in the bathroom and they were unaware plus the main window was cracked. Tea bag’s in the room but no way of making tea as there was only a coffee machine without the facility to just have clean hot water

I attended a company offsite at The Novotel this week and I must say the hotel staff was absolutely lovely. All staff I encountered were accommodating, pleasant and delivered service with a smile. I would have given an excellent rating for all of them alone. The hotel rooms were just ok. While my room was not the cleanest and was experiencing some mechanical issues from a vent, the hotel staff did respond with urgency. I appreciate ALL of The Novotel staff - they will see to it your stay is a pleasurable experience!
