In a few words - not great value for money.
Negatives:
No coffee machine in the room.
Poor customer service from reception staff - our initial room had a very strong smell coming from the drains and we had to change rooms - reception staff showed an indifferent attitude.

Gym - adequate. However, bike seats need maintenance.
Water bottles provided in rooms - very expensive - easier to pop over the road to the supermarket.
Breakfast - average, really nothing special.
Positives:
Location - near all the attractions and upmarket area. Easy to get a taxi/uber to the airport.
Rooms - large rooms, fantastic views and clean.
Ambience - hotel has a great vibe about it. Mainly due a combination of diverse staff & guests.
